13 This is what everyone who is registered[a] is to give: half a shekel[b] according to the shekel[c] of the sanctuary (the shekel[d] weighs 20 gerahs), half a shekel[e] as a contribution to the Lord. 14 All who are registered, 20 years of age and older, are to give a contribution to the Lord. 15 The rich person is not to give more,[f] nor is the poor person to give less[g] than the half shekel,[h] when you give a contribution to the Lord to make atonement for yourselves.[i]
